Tuition Payment Guidelines
To secure the current tuition rate, you must pay the full amount before the applicable deadline. The tuition price varies based on three different deadlines, so paying early ensures you receive the best rate.

Registration Details for the Barcelona Festival of Song 2027
What Your Registration Includes:
Full Participation: Access to all activities, including master classes, lectures, and public concerts.
Extensive Training: 20 hours of classes and lectures and 30 hours of masterclasses.
Performance Opportunities: Perform at 2 public concerts.
Course Materials: All essential materials are provided.
Accommodation Option:
11-night stay in a private room with a private bathroom and kitchenette.
Accommodation is located in the heart of Barcelona, near the beaches.
Available only for participants who select the registration option with accommodation.
Hotel Advice: Assistance provided for participants not selecting the accommodation option.
Opening Ceremony: Celebrate the festival’s start with fellow participants.
Diplomas: Official certification for every participant.
Online Promotion: Showcase your participation on the festival’s online platforms.
Printed Festival Program: A keepsake highlighting the festival's activities.
What Your Registration Does Not Include:
Transportation: Costs for travel to, from, and within Barcelona (Public transportation is highly recommended for its efficiency and affordability).
Travel Documents: Costs for visas or related paperwork.
Insurance: Travel and liability insurance.
Food: Snacks and meals not covered in the registration package.
Field trips or sailboat events

Cancellations Policy
Cancellations made between May 30, 2027, and the start of the program will result in an 80% retention of tuition payments.
Cancellations at any other time, including accommodations, will result in a 50% retention of the amount paid.
