If you are a classical singer, a voice teacher, or a collaborative pianist, the Barcelona Festival of Song provides a unique life-changing experience to learn Latin American and Spanish art songs in Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese.
The next festival will take place from June 28 to July 8.
Designed by the biggest experts in the field, our curriculum is created to train a well-rounded singer with all the necessary tools to achieve accurate interpretations; it includes vocal literature and history classes, Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese lyrical diction, and several hours of masterclasses to perform the music.
All participants perform in two public concerts at beautiful venues in the heart of Barcelona.
Our program is designed for voice students and voice teachers; therefore, there is no age limit. We are happy to receive university teachers. Our goal is to provide them with all the necessary information to be able in the future to guide their students about available resources, repertory, diction, etc.
We aim to provide personalized attention; for this reason, we only accept a small group of selected singers every year. One of our unique offerings is that each Festival participant has a personalized development program designed around their unique abilities, level of development, and goals.
The goal is to reinforce their strengths and identify and overcome their weaknesses.
