Online Auditors can register until June 15th - The price to participate as an auditor in all classes is 1220€

TO SECURE YOUR TUITION PRICE

Tuition fees need to be paid in full before the deadline expires to benefit of the specific prices. There are three different deadlines, and the price varies according to the deadline. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. In special cases, we allow participants to pay in three installments. Information about payment options can be found here.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • Full participation in or attendance at all activities such as master classes, lectures, and public concerts.

  • 20 hours of classes and lectures and 30 hours of masterclasses.

  • Performing at 2 public concerts

  • Course Materials

  • Accommodation for 11 nights is included in the price of registration of participants who chose to take the option that includes accommodation. Participants will each have a private room with a private bathroom and kitchenette in a Residence in the heart of Barcelona, near the beaches * this only for people who included accommodation in their payment.

  • If requested we provided advice about hotels.

  • Opening ceremony

  • Diplomas for every participant.

  • Online promotion of the participants of the course.

  • Printed Festival program.

REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Any transportation to, from, and within Barcelona (within Barcelona we recommended public transportation which is inexpensive, fast, and efficient). The hotel is located within walking distance or one metro stop of the place where the classes will be held.

  • Any cost related to travel documents, entry visas, etc.

  • Travel and liability insurance

  • Snacks and other food items not expressly covered here.

SUPPLEMENTS:

  • City Tours prices are given at request.

  • The BFOS is happy to help participants who have paid for the option of accommodation to extend their accommodation if they need to stay longer in Barcelona.

  • The BFOS also advises about flights and accommodation for relatives wishing to accompany the participants.

  • The BFOS has agreements with language schools if participants want to stay in Barcelona and study Spanish, Catalan, or Portuguese.

  • Participants to the BFOS enjoy discounts in different music shops in Barcelona.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION

  • Tuition price before March 15, 2024: 1580€

  • Tuition price between March 16 and June 10, 2024: 1880€

Registration for the online version includes

  • Participation in or attendance at all activities such as master classes, lectures, and public concerts.

  • Twenty hours of classes, master classes, and lectures. Six private coaching sessions of 20 minutes each.

  • Performing at one concert streamed live from where the student is located.

  • Course Materials

  • Diplomas for every participant.

  • Online promotion of the participants of the course.

  • 15% tuition discount from the in-person BFOS at any time in the future

  • 20% discount on all scores of Latin American and Iberian music at www.mundoarts.com for three months from the moment of registration.

Cancellations policy

If you cancel your participation or a portion of it between May 30th and the beginning of the program, it results in 80% retention of your tuition payment. Cancellations at any other time -including canceling the accommodation- will result in the retention of 38% of the amount paid.
