REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

•    Full participation in or attendance at all activities such as master classes, lectures and public concerts.
•    Performing at Public concerts.
•    Course Materials

•    Accommodation for 11 nights is included in the price of registration of participants who chose to take the option that includes accommodation.Participants will each have a private room with private bathroom and kitchen in the heart of Barcelona, near the beaches * this only for people who included accommodation in their payment.
•    If requested we provided info about hotels or rooms at share apartments.

REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDES:

•    Any transportation to, from, and within Barcelona (within Barcelona we recommended public transportation which is inexpensive, fast, and efficient).
•    The hotel is located within walking distance or one metro stop of the place where the classes will be held.
•    Any cost related to travel documents, entry visas, etc.
•    Travel and liability insurance
•    Snacks and other food items not expressly covered here

SUPPLEMENTS:

•    City Tours prices given at request.
•    The BFOS is happy to help participants to find accommodation if they would need to stay longer in Barcelona.
•    The BFOS also gives advice about flights and accommodation for relatives who wish to come with the participants.
•    The BFOS has agreements with language schools in case participants would like to stay in Barcelona and study Spanish, Catalan or Portuguese.
•    Participants to the BFOS enjoy discounts in different shops in Barcelona.

Cancellations policy: If after registering you cancel your participation between June the 1st and the beginning of the program 2012 it  results in retention of 1700€ . Cancellations at any other time will result in retention of 30% of the amount paid.
